The material used for producing napkins is called tissue paper.
The material used in the napkin production process is called tissue paper. Only high quality tissue paper is used to provide perfect quality of the end product. We offer one or two colour print. When considering two colour print, have in mind that both colours should not overlap. The tissue paper we could supply is either white or brown.
Personalised napkins sizes
Most used napkins in restaurants are square or rectangular. There are many shapes and sizes on the market, but we offer only the most standard one. We all know how a napkin looks, but it shapes its final outlook when folded. The most common shape is square when folded with measurements of 16,5×16,5 cm. This fold is called 1/4 fold as the napkin is folded in four equal parts. Other commonly used size for a napkin is 8,25×16,5 cm. This napkin is called 1/8 fold as the product is folded in eight equal parts.
Depending on the fold and preferred material we have some limitations. In 1/4 fold (square shape) we do both materials – brown and white tissue. When the desired napkin is rectangular shape (1/8 fold) we do only white tissue.
The process defining the end product would take a bit of your time, because there are many variations shaping the napkin. Main variables are the fold, the print (one or two colours), how many personalised napkins you'd like to order, where the print will be situated on the napkin. Folding the square napkin in triangular shape is another option you may consider. Finding the print the correct place in the new formed shape is yet another task.
