Can you send us samples to get firsthand feel of the quality of the product and the print?
We would send you samples of projects we have already completed. If you give us a little bit more info as to what sort of material, colours, folds you need, we could choose the right samples for your project.
I have difficulties filling out the order form and I need a little bit of help.
You don’t need to know all the answers :). We are here to help you choose the right personalised napkins for your business – tissue colour, print colours, napkin fold and other questions you may have. Please use the contact form to get in touch and we would get back to you shortly.
How long will take to get the napkins produced?
Depending on the schedule of the machine it normally takes between 5 to 10 working days. After final confirmation of the order we will tell you when the napkins will be produced. Please allow yourself few more days for the shipment of the order.
When is the order payment?
After final confirmation of the order an invoice will be issued, which should be paid in full, prior to the production.
How do I get a price idea of the personalised napkins?
Please, fill out our order form. Once you have done it, click on Price calculation button and the price with your conditions will be automatically calculated. Here are the main conditions forming the price:
- Print – one or two colours
- Quantity
- Make of the file and the printing forms (cliches). Cliches are done once and each new order is produced with the same forms.
- Prices shown normally cover all expenses. Cliches are priced per square cm. Bigger printing form will be more expensive. The price we have quoted is based on our practice considering the sizes of print we normally have.
- If you want us to help you design the logo of your company we could cooperate with our designers.
How are the napkins packed?
All napkins are packed in a corrugated box.
